4. Subscription and Advisory Charges

Charges towards subscription plans, tender alerts, consultation, documentation assistance, advisory services, and bid support services are generally non-refundable once activated or delivered.

5. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds, if any, may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of FirstBid Tender Solutions.

  • Administrative charges may be deducted
  • Professional time already spent may be deducted
  • Third-party costs may be deducted
  • Partial refund may apply instead of full refund

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Where a refund is expressly approved in writing, it shall be processed within a reasonable business period depending upon banking and payment gateway timelines.

7. Cancellation by Client

Cancellation may be requested before substantial work has commenced. However, once consultation, tender shortlisting, documentation review, bid preparation support, or portal coordination has begun, cancellation may not entitle the client to refund.
